That is true, doesn't mean that certain places aren't cozy enough to be able to shack up overnight. Knew a few people who worked for Wizards of the Coast (Magic the Gathering dev co.)World of Warcraft Gold who would stay overnight on several occasions and didn't mind it.
Also, from the footage that has been taken from the Blizzard Campus, it is not like your usual work place.
